TwinaForms is a product of Harmony-IT. This policy explains the basic privacy approach for the TwinaForms product and website.

Information We Process

TwinaForms may process account, setup, Salesforce organization, form configuration, submission, and operational log information as needed to provide the service.

Customer Data

Form data belongs to the customer using TwinaForms. Published forms and Salesforce writeback flows are configured by the customer inside their Salesforce environment.

Service Operations

We may use operational information to provide support, troubleshoot form publishing and submission flows, maintain service reliability, and manage plan limits.

Security

TwinaForms uses Salesforce and AWS service boundaries, tenant-aware runtime checks, and protected operational logging practices to reduce unnecessary exposure of customer data.
