These terms describe the basic use expectations for TwinaForms, a Harmony-IT product.
Use of the Service
Customers are responsible for configuring their Salesforce org, forms, permissions, published content, and submission behavior in a lawful and appropriate way.
Salesforce and AWS
TwinaForms works with Salesforce and AWS services. Customers are responsible for maintaining access to their Salesforce environment and for using published forms only for authorized business purposes.
Salesforce Platform Limits
TwinaForms relies on Salesforce APIs and platform services. Usage may consume Salesforce API requests and other Salesforce platform resources depending on form configuration and usage volume.
Customer is responsible for maintaining sufficient Salesforce platform limits, including API limits, storage, and automation capacity required for use of the service.

Plan limits and available features may vary by Free, Trial, Starter, and Pro plan. Contact TwinaForms for current access and pricing details.
